Great location and lovely views, but slow check-in process was frustrating.

We loved the location, as it was close to all the fun spots downtown and easy to explore the city with our two small kids. The pool was also a hit, providing a refreshing break after busy days.
In my wife’s opinion, a kids’ play area would be great.

I loved the modern decor that perfectly combined Southern charm and style. The location near Beale Street and the riverfront was ideal for enjoying local nightlife and city vibes. I appreciated the comfortable seating areas that made it easy to relax and unwind. However, the rooftop bar got a bit too loud during the weekends, making it hard to enjoy the view and conversation. The early pool closing was disappointing, especially since I wanted to swim after a busy day. The staff were attentive, but I encountered a delay in breakfast service, which wasn’t great when I was in a hurry. Overall, the hotel had potential, but some elements need attention for a better guest experience.

The clean room offered a stunning view of the river, and the professional staff enhanced the experience. Enjoying good food options on-site was a real treat. However, while the location was convenient, the noise levels during the night could disrupt sleep, and there was a lack of variety in dining options nearby.

I enjoyed the modern decor blending Southern charm throughout the hotel. The lobby area felt welcoming, perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious and comfortable, with great river views. The rooftop bar experience was fantastic, offering stunning views of the city. However, the breakfast service had significant delays on one occasion, which was frustrating. I had to wait quite a while for my food, and that could have been managed better. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the vibrant nightlife of Beale Street. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement in service times.

The location of Hyatt Centric in Memphis is fantastic. Steps away from the riverfront, I enjoyed easy access to Beale Street and local attractions. The rooftop bar offered great views, but it was closed on two occasions during my stay, which was disappointing. The room was spacious and comfortable, but cleanliness wasn’t up to par. I had to call for extra towels multiple times, and my requests for room service went unanswered. Even though some things were lacking, the staff showed friendliness and tried to help when I raised my concerns. I appreciated the modern decor throughout the hotel, bringing a nice touch of Southern charm to the atmosphere. The seating areas were cozy, which is perfect for relaxing. But, the noise from the bar kept me up at night—it would be great if soundproofing could be improved. Overall, a memorable stay with room for enhancements.

The staff provided excellent dinner recommendations, especially the one for BB King's, which turned out delicious. The fitness room had a range of modern equipment that made it easy to maintain my workout routine.
The lobby, while comfy, could feel a bit crowded during peak times.
